RETURN POLICY & RETURN COSTS
At Neidga, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

Be unused or only gently tested

Be clean and free from stains, odors, pet hair, excessive wear, or damage

Include all original accessories, straps, charging cables, manuals, inserts, and promotional items

Products showing signs of misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, or accidental damage may not qualify for a full refund.

Once your return request has been reviewed, our customer support team will provide the return instructions and the applicable return address.
Please do not send your return to the address shown on the original shipping label. Our fulfillment and return locations may be different.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns caused by personal preference, incorrect selection, change of mind, or any reason unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, priority shipping charges, shipping protection fees, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. Neidga is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address during return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, contact us at [Support Email] as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate solution, including troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.
Please do not discard the product, packaging, accessories, or shipping label before your claim has been reviewed.
Claims involving damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the product instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.
Refund Process
After your returned product is delivered to the authorized return facility, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot send a refund to another card, bank account, payment account, or individual.
The refundable amount may be reduced if:

Accessories, components, manuals, or promotional items are missing

The product is returned damaged or in an unsanitary condition

The product shows excessive use beyond reasonable testing

The return package is damaged because it was not properly packed

A promotional bundle is returned incomplete
If your order included a free gift, bundle discount, or buy-more-save-more offer, all qualifying items and free gifts must be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the missing items may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products purchased from another retailer or unauthorized seller

Products damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or improper care

Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired without authorization

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after an order has been submitted.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this Return Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, missing apartment number, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be returned to the sender.
Any original shipping costs, return-to-sender fees, handling fees, or reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged before reshipment.
Refused and Unclaimed Packages
Refusing a package or failing to collect it does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.
If a refused or unclaimed package is returned to us, any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier charges, or handling costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds will only be considered after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product, model, or quantity, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team before placing another order.
Delivery Disputes
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your property, mailbox, reception area, parcel locker, and any designated safe location.

Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff.

Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

We will assist with the carrier investigation where possible. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as correctly delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Return Address
Do not return products to the address printed on the original package.
The correct return address will be provided by our customer support team after your return request has been approved.
Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be received or refunded.
